Award for Online Bingo Operator of the Year

At a recent event, held at the Museum of Natural History in London, the eGaming Awards; a number of awards were extended to various sectors of the eGaming industry. One award extended, most interestingly, was the award given for the Online Bingo Operator of the Year, and this award was taken by JackpotJoy.

It is strange to note that JackpotJoy does not actually provide the 90 ball bingo game that is together with fish and chips, so traditionally held dear by the Great British Public.

JackpotJoy actually provide that more foreign version of Bingo – the 75 ball ball game, so I expect that the award was won based on the many other services that this eGaming site actually does provide and not necessarily so much for bingo, which is a bit of a paradox as the award was for “Online Bingo Operator of the Year.” Nevertheless the 75 ball game is gaining in popularity in the UK and it has been said that the game is more interesting and allows for greater variety. I don’t know if the British public agrees, but I suppose that only time will tell.

In the meantime I do not begrudge JackpotJoy their Winning award, I just wish that they too had the 90 ball bingo game available to the public, perhaps they will listen to our little whinge and make some changes towards getting the traditional 90 ball bingo, up and running on the site for those of us who really do prefer the game.
