Bingo Player Strikes it Rich

A Wigan bingo player, Mrs. Alice Mulvey from Ince, won a very unexpected £45,150 in a National Bingo game for mere £2 investment. The lucky lady, aged fifty–seven said her and her husband were dancing in the driveway after they came home from their Gala Bingo Club in Robin Park last Saturday.

Mrs. Mulvey who is a Grandmother of three and expecting a fourth in February, decided to take their family on holiday to Scarbborough, so the Mulvey family, Alice and Frank the driveway dancing couple, their two sons and their wives and children all went of to have a lovely holiday with their winnings. I love it when a winner shares and this seems to happen in most instances for bingo winner. I think it is just something that is in the nature of the bingo player in general, that spirit of generosity.

After their holiday the couple plan to invest the balance of the prize money to help with their retirement plans. Both Frank and Alice have always worked very hard but never really had much, so they are very excited about the fact that this prize money will supplement their retirement income. Mrs. Mulvey said who shared the prize of £90,000 with another player from Rhyl, North Wales, said that she was absolutely gob smacked by the win.
