Bingo Win for Twenty – Five Year Old Mum

A twenty-five year old mother of one from Clydebank is in a state of shock after winning more than ₤33 000 when playing a game of bingo at the Mecca Club in Drumchapel. The Catering Assistant has a son who will be celebrating his first birthday this week.

She was playing at the Great Western Leisure Park and won the National Bingo Game of 31 165 plus the regional prize of ₤2 000 together with a house prize of ₤257 in forty-one calls. At first she thought that she had only won the house prize and she was really happy about this, but the woman who was sitting next to her told her that she thought that she had won something big. About twenty minutes later when they announced how much she had won she was so shocked that she couldn’t continue playing.

The young lady has been playing bingo for about two years now with her mother and plays about once a week. On the day that she won, she was not with her mother; she was with a friend who will be sharing the money with her. She had already booked a holiday to Majorca but now she can use her winnings to pay for this and not have to worry about paying it off.
