Bingo Win Probability

Can a factoring system similar to counting cards really increase winning chances in bingo?

There is a theory that one can figure probability of a winning card based on elimination of numbers as the game is played. It starts with the reasoning that in a 90 ball bingo game, the likelihood of any of the numbers being called is 1 in 90.

To extend that factor, there is the theory of uniform distribution. There are statisticians that will claim that the balls will come up in a uniform pattern based on the probability. This means that the same number of odd and even numbers will be called, and the same number of high and low numbers will be called.

Of the numbers called, there will be the same chance of numbers ending in one, as there are that end in two’s, three’s, etc. It then stands to reason that the longer the game is played, the more likely the numbers you need are called, and eventually the numbers will all be called.

This leaves a lot to be questioned, and shows the strategy of just playing more cards may be realistic at the same time. When playing online, though, there are often limits to how many cards each player can have active in each game. Is this directly because of this probability factoring?

If that is why online sites limit the cards per player, it would support the probability factoring. If websites allowed as many cards as one could afford, they would stand to lose big jackpots to the ones willing to put in the investment of a whole lot of cards.

Next time you play, think on this theory and see if you agree.
