Cruise for Bingo Winning Grandmother

After winning more than £42,000 whilst playing bingo at the Mecca Bingo Club in Clough Road, Hull, a lucky grandmother has said that she intends to take her three children and six grandchildren on a cruise.

With that kind of luck, perhaps they should all go on a bingo cruise. Just imagine, cruising the Caribbean on a luxury ship, enjoying the sun, your family with you and plenty of bingo to play. I can think of nothing better!

The sixty-six year old woman was playing with her husband when good fortune shone on her and she called full house after 45 calls and caught the National bingo prize of £79,320 which she had to share with another player in London. She also took the Regional prize of £3,077 and the house prize of £500.

She has been playing at the same club since it opened and she became a member, and plays bingo twice a week on a Wednesday and Sunday. She said that she was really happy when she found out that she had won the house prize, but it just got bigger and better when they announced that she had won the National game and that is when the real excitement started.
