Foxy Bingo Intends to Float Next Year

The company that owns Foxy Bingo, Cashcade, also owns a number of other online bingo sites and it is their intention to float the company next year. The have been pretty big in the news recently, what with their new television advertising campaign and the fact that they have dropped Jordan as the face of Foxy Bingo. But this is really big news and is going to be keeping them pretty much in the public eye for the next twelve months.

Cashcade has received a number of approaches regarding a takeover in recent months and with Foxy Bingo being one of their biggest online bingo sites it is believed that this is a very attractive investment. The Chairman of Cashcade, Michael Buckley has quoted that he expects something to happen within the next twelve months and will be very disappointed if the offer is for less than ₤100m.

It is interesting to note that Cashcade also runs the recently purchased Think Bingo and operates online bingo sites for some of the major UK newspapers such as the Daily Mirror and Scottish Sunday Mail. Foxy Bingo has also recently partnered with a couple of other online bingo sites in sponsoring a Television programme.
