Genie and the Lamp is Back at ITV Bingo

A lot of you will be familiar with the genie and the lamp myth whereby if you rubbed the genie lamp you will be granted three wishes that would come true. ITV Bingo have their very own genie lamp at their bingo site in October and one lucky players wish will come true to the tune of £5,000 in cold hard cash. This promotion is open to all players at ITV Bingo and to take part you need to make a deposit at their bingo site, each time your deposits reach a multiple of £50 before 22nd October you will get to make a wish.

To make your wish you need to email their bingo site and full details of exactly where to email your wish to can be found at their site. At the end of the promotion 10 wishes will be drawn out at random from all wished sent in and then they will be put to a players vote. The wish that receives the most bingo players votes will be granted and they will be given £5,000 from ITV Bingo which should go a long way in helping their wish come true.

I liked the concept of this promotion, although I am not so sure about having to deposit £50 into your account before you would be eligible to make a wish at their bingo site as this is bound to ostracise quite a few of their bingo players. If you are a regular player at their bingo site and regularly make deposits into your account here, then this is an added bonus for you and a good promotion to take part in as it could net you an extra £5,000 cash prize at the end of the month, so as always there are two ways of looking at things.

ITV Bingo offer you a 100% bingo bonus on your first deposit at their bingo site, but when you look at the small print you have to wager 12 x the amount of your deposit, plus the bonus itself before you would be eligible to withdraw any winnings from your account. I did find this to be a particularly steep bonus requirement at ITV Bingo and when you consider that an online bingo site like Wink Bingo only has a 2 x the amount of your deposit, plus the bonus wagering requirement attached to their deposit offers, ITV Bingos requirements are 10 x that of Wink Bingo’s.
