New Flavoured Ice Cream In The Name Of Elton Jones

Ice cream giants Ben & Jerry will be honouring superstar Elton Jones with a new flavoured ice-cream in the name of the pop star.

Female First Magazine has reported that this limited edition of the dessert will have for its ingredients ‘decadent’ chocolate flavoured ice-cream topped with peanut butter, butter brickle and cookie dough laced with yummy chunks of chocolate.

Elton will be treated to the treat during his performance in Vermont – this being home state of Ben & Jerry.

This forthcoming show of Elton’s will mark his debut performance in Vermont – this state being the only one where he has not held a concert as yet. It will be a sweet maiden entry.

The ice-cream delight will be christened Yellow Brickle Road following the name of a popular album of the singer – Goodbye Yellow Brick Road.

The magazine, Female First Magazine further states that Elton Jones also participated in the designing of the delectable delicacy. Sean Greewood, a spokesperson of Ben & Jerry repeated the word of the pop star “Chocolate and peanut butter, guys, if you can make something like that work!”

In the beginning of this year Ben & Jerry named another delicious flavour to honour another great singer from USA – Willie Nelson. The ice-cream is called Willie Nelson Peach Cobbler.

According to reports from Rolling Stone others to be honoured in similar manner with ice-cream flavours being named after them are Jerry Garcia and Dave Matthews Band.
