Parlay Entertainment, the world’s leading developer who dominates the licensing of Internet bingo markets, particularly in regulated jurisdictions such as the UK and Europe, always fascinates me. I love hearing news of this world leader in the online bingo industry, and as they are perpetually changing and updating their services, I find any news of them fascinating. The latest Parlay news is that due to the addition of enhanced regulatory organizations in the UK and European online bingo market, they have found that they now own certain assets that are no longer core to their operations.

As a result of the fact that Parlay offers licensed bingo software products and support to an ever growing market in regulated countries such as the UK, they have found that they no longer need to supply these services to online bingo operators that operate within non-regulated jurisdictions. In other words if you operate or want to operate an online bingo operation inside non-regulated countries, Parlay will no longer offer their services to you. They have divested themselves of this asset to the tune of US$ 2,810 000. That is a great deal of money, so they have got to be pretty sure that they can operate profitably within regulated countries.

To my way of thinking, this is a really bold move and it also tells me that there must still be great room for growth within the online bingo industry in regulated countries, because if there wasn’t there would have been no way on this earth that Parlay would have divested itself of such a large money spinner.
