Cheggers first ever public performance was way back in 1966 when he was aged just 9 years old, when he won a talent show in Rhyl singing a Des O’ Connor ditty ‘I Pretend’ and he is probably best known for his Saturday morning performance on “swap shop” and this is where the name “Cheggers” was born!
