Thingo the New T-Shirt to Combat Bingo Wings

Online clothing range (George) at Asda have just launched a brand new T-Shirt called (Thingo) which is set to help us combat those bingo wings! Just what will they come up with next, we ask ?

We already have shape up bras (which deal with our cleavage) tummy trimming knickers (which help us suck in our stomach), toning trainers (which are meant to help us tone up as we walk) and even long leg knickers for our thighs, there are also all in one garments which do three of these jobs at once.

So you could say that it was only a matter of time really that some clever clothing designer came up with a way of combating bingo wings and George at Asda have done this with a simple t-shirt style garment.

The makers of this brand new t-shirt called (Thingo) claim that it smoothes and tones the upper arms, which in effect will hide those bingo wings from view. According to a report in the mail online, three out of every four women have named their bingo wings as the most hated part of their body, which was a bit of a startling statistic.

How Thingo works

The upper arm is squeezed by a mixture of nylon and lycra
The waist is tightened by an elasticated panel to flatten out fat

Brand director at George, Fiona Lambert, said: “Female customers have been asking us for their own version of the men’s body sculpt T-shirt for a while so we’ve spent over a year making sure we get it right. After a number of development stages and testing we’re confident it combats problem areas while maintaining comfort.”

Thingo could be the answer to lots of women’s prays and at a cost of £9 per thingo t-shirt it is not going to break the bank either – but we would never rule out good old fashioned exercise as a way to shape up.
