Bingo Winner Shares ₤61,000 With Friends

Sixty seven year old Ann Davison from West Rainton regularly plays at Gala Bingo in Galleries Leisure Park, Washington with husband Joe and another couple, Nancy and Peter Stehenson, they have been playing together for many years. She recently won more than ₤61,000 and will be sharing he money with the Stephenson couple even though they were not with them on the night of her big win.
Ann, who used to be a telephonist says that they have always shared what they win playing bingo. She won ₤1,000 at the gala club last years and shared that with them too.
When she won the Stephensons were having a family barbeque to celebrate Peter’s 60th birthday and couldn’t play bingo, so Ann and Joe gate-crashed the birthday party to tell them the good news, she says that they were as happy and excited as she and her husband were.
The lucky bingo players have a very big family, two daughters and three sons as well as twelve grandchildren, they are both retired from a fire protection business, and are really delighted to have some extra money in the bank to boost their pension.
