National Bingo Platinum Jackpot Finally Won!

We have been hearing news of people, up and down the country, winning the UK National Bingo prize and having to share it, but it is always the smaller prizes, finally someone has taken the UK National Bingo Platinum Jackpot. This is considered to be the biggest bingo win ever in the world.
Christine Bradfield was playing bingo at the Castle Bingo Club in Merthyr Tydfil when she won £1.1 million. The fifty-three year old, mother of two and Grandmother to three has being playing bingo since she was eighteen and loves the game, so she has a wealth of experience behind her. She joined the Castle Bingo Club and has been playing there twice a week for eleven years.
The General Manager of the Castle Bingo Club was calling the game that made her a millionaire, he said that the club went wild and by the end of the evening just about everyone in Merthyr Tydfil knew that Christine had won the massive bingo prize.
Paul Talboys the UN National Bingo Chief Executive, said that this was wonderful news and it would give the failing bingo industry in the UK, just the boost that it needs to keep people playing.
Christine has said that when she told her son and daughter about her win, she couldn’t repeat what they said to the National Bingo’s reporters. She works at a garage three days a week and won’t be giving up her job, or she would turn to shopping all day. Her husband is a crane driver and had to go to work the day after the huge win.
