National Bingo Win for Veteran Player

I think it is great when someone has been playing bingo and never won much, although two months ago, she did win ₤1,000, and this is the case for a factory worker from Nottingham. She has been playing bingo for thirty years, now that is what I call dedication.
She was playing at the Gala Bingo in Derby on the night of her win, and shared the National Bingo Prize with two other winners in different parts of the country who also called full house in forty six numbers. Although she had to share the prize she still came away from the game with a good haul, just over ₤21,000. I recon that is pretty good going!
Like most big bingo winners, this kind of prize is almost unbelievable and really difficult to comprehend. I mean ₤1,000, you can believe, but ₤21,000, that is a really big number, and it is bound to come as a shock, which it certainly did for this winner. As with many other big bingo winners she said that she never thought anything like that could happen to her.
She has been a member at the Gala Bingo Club since it first opened its doors and plays two to three times a weeks with some members of her family, so I suppose the odds were likely that she would soon be due for a big win. She is intending to use the money to have new kitchen fitted and take a holiday. I suppose that after a shock of that nature, the best thing to use the money for is a holiday in order to get over it and learn to relax again.
