New – Style Bingo Clubs for Rank (Mecca)

Mecca bingo, part of the Rank Leisure Group are in the process of launching newly styled bingo clubs in the wake of the smoking ban and removal of excess slot machines. These have been shown to analysts and according to them, the rank group is in the right track. It has already been reported that the bingo clubs are doing better than they were previously, financially that is and it seems as though they are on the path to success once more.

The newly styled clubs are apparently busier than the were expected to be, had better smoking areas and the food on offer had been improved. Many people were taking up the offer of the new electronic bingo games and the design of the clubs has been changed to appeal to a “mass-market audience”. There were not radical departures from the norm experienced but the businesses were definitely being operated with new ideas in place for eventual improvement.

The bingo clubs had a good atmosphere, the design was pleasant and altogether it was found easy to believe why the bingo clubs were now running with admissions that were now above those budgeted by the group.
