New JayBox Features Include Bingo Game

One of the largest databases of music in the UK has recently launched a new product, the Jaybox, this is an e-Jukebox that can be wall mounted or free standing and the latest model comes with a built in game of bingo. This bingo game can be played on screen during quiet periods in say for instance pubs or restaurants. The Jaybox music database is updated by more than 1 000 recording monthly.
The fact that the Jaybox also provided bingo games has created great interest in this new innovation as operators are able to turn the Juke box over to a different use. Not only to that of providing music for entertainment. Its dual use has been punted as a draw card for customers to locations. It is envisaged that if the bingo game draws twenty people into the pub, that is another twenty people to buy drinks, play bingo and play music on the juke box once they have finished with their bingo game.
It has been marketed as having many promotional aspects, although special training would have to be given to staff and operators. It has been site tested for twenty months in nine retailers and fourteen operating companies and has the potential of making exceptionally high incomes. The Jaybox connects through a broadband connection and this will soon include 3G.
I don’t know about you, but I am of the consideration that bingo has become so popular in the UK that soon we shall have the game available on our microwave ovens. I mean it is played in clubs, pubs, online, on television and mobile phones already, now we have an e-juke box that plays bingo. Whatever will be next?
