Will it be a Bingo for Roger?

With the race for the National Bingo Caller of the Year Competition hotting up, bingo caller from Sheffield, Roger Hartly is really hoping that his numbers com up at the end of the month when he hits the stage at the bingo calling finals. Who knows if he wins we might just be hearing his calling techniques when we play online bingo. This chappie is a Gala Bingo employee and it is good to see that there are some Gala Bingo employees entering into the national competition. Many don’t as they already have an in-house bingo calling championship. I think they get a little intimidated about the National Championship, but this is not the case with Roger.

Roger won his place into the grand finale by impressing the judges in the regional rounds. But he has a long way to go yet, and an entire country full of bingo callers to go up against when eh gets to the finals. The thirty-three year old bingo caller has been working in the bingo industry for ten years and is currently working at the Wadsley Gala Bingo Club, is delighted to have made it through to the final.

He said that he has been receiving a great deal of support from the public and is beginning to feel like a true star, he only hopes the judges will enjoy his bingo calling skills and all the rest of the talent he has to offer. He wasn’t to keep the reputation of his bingo club alive as they have a reputation for providing some of the best bingo callers in the UK.

Finals are to be held in Birmingham on 29th June 2008 and I have to appear to show bias, but I like Roger and I hope he wins the title.
